Mist Coolant Systems |
| Mist
coolant systems are ideal for machining metal
or plastics. Mist systems increase productivity
by permitting higher speeds and feeds. Operating
on 60 -100 PSI shop air without pressurizing the
tank, these systems employ a design that isolates
the air from the coolant until it reaches the
tip of the spray nozzle. Atomizing the coolant
directly at the nozzle tip produces an easily
controlled cone-shaped mist pattern. Independent
air and coolant control valves permit the operator
to easily adjust the spray from an ultrafine mist
to a saturating spray. |

less coolant while lowering your costs

is minimized since heat is removed as quickly
as it is generated,

life is extended. Reduced friction and wear
means less downtime for resharpening, assures
greater productivity,
